So you will know what Im on about, there were rumours that next door to me there was a brothel. I live in apartments which are in a converted house, there are 4 front doors and I have my own front door. The police in the area knew and so did my landlord that there used to be a brothel next door but did not tell me this when I moved in. When I moved in it was gone, and two of the 4 apartmetns were empty. someone who was never any trouble moved into one, but a woman moved into the other one about 6 weeks ago.
I said on another thread that I have noisey neibhours because they stay up till 1 am and you can hear them having sex because the floors don't block it out. she has regular callers to that apartment and I see them going in, I often smoke at the front door and I thought they were friends but I was suspicious. just half a hour ago two men pulled up in a car with the window down and tried to start a conversation with me, I was smoking at the front door, I sensed evil in him and was afraid of what he wanted, he said "is there an escort around here?" I told him several times that I didn't know what he was talking about and eventually he got pissed off and told me Fk you and he drove off. he asked me should he call to the house and I said again that I didn't know what he was on about.
I rang the police when he was gone and told them what happened and they took my name and address and asked did I want someone to call out to me and I said no because I don't want them thinking I rang the gards.

I am doing a course in a nearby town and dont want to move and dont have the money. but if something happens I might get my deposit back.

I ask for the prayers of the posters on this forum that I will be defended from evil and granted a sanctuary in which I can write and do my studies. :scared2:

 

I think I should move back to Dublin where my relatives are. I will keep an eye out on whats going on and stop smoking at the front door. I am doing a course and have done exams, if I leave now before it is finished its all screwed up again, this was the last thing I need just when everything was going fine. Maybe this will blow over in a few days but I will take extre precautions to make sure nothing happens.
anyone who prays for my safety will be rewarded in heaven im sure. I must also pray myself.

Sorry T-Cat; that's a horrible situation to be living in. Maybe God put you in that situation to be of some kind of help; but still it sounds like it could get dangerous. We'll definitely pray for your strength and safety.

Burying the blessed St. Benedict medal is new to me, but it sounds like a fantastic idea.

Might you be able to play some holy music, or at least wear earphones with Gregorian chant or some great holy music? For your own peace, but maybe it would convert people?
