  • I'm almost not ready to move on in the world... but I'm glad I'll never have to see most of the people there ever again... College may be proportionately worse, but at least I'll have more control over who I listen to.
For those who I have unjustly offended, please forgive me. Please disregard my posts where I lacked charity and you will see that I am actually a very nice person. Disregard my opinions on "NFP", "Baptism of Desire/Blood" and the changes made to the sacra

Congratulations Daegus.  Getting out of high school is something anyone should be happy about.

    Congratulations Daegus!

You're right, it can be proportionately worse- but you can make it proportionately better too! You're right- it does give you more control of what and who you listen to. Again, congratulations!

Congratulations! I wish I had gone to high school, it would have made the last 20 years a lot easier! College is great, don't worry, you will love it!

Surviving High School with a sensus Catholicus is almost heroic!

Actually it is: surviving High School with common sense or sanity, that's almost heroic:

I am happy for you! You have accomplished something I never could. I'm a High School drop-out: a statistical stereotype :D
Please ignore all that I have written regarding sedevacantism.

    No, it will be better!

Actually it will be much worse. College campuses  are oozing with fanatical, antiChristian Marxists, Jєωs and leftists professors.

Congratulations on making it through H.S. and keeping your faith alive for it will be tested at the next level like you wouldn't believe, be strong in your convictions and stick to the truth, remember, you always have the truth in the Church.

    Don't ever forget it.

Trust me, these are just as easily found in High School. Its only more 'out in the open' in college and university. If one is strong in their faith, truly strong, they should be okay making it through, and may become stronger if they stick to prayer and the interior life. Daegus is a good man, it seems. Others who frequent this forum seem to be doing okay too.

Congratulations on escaping the hell of enforced schooling.  Next up is the hell of schooling you pay for; the irony will become even more poignant as time goes on.  My only suggestion for college is this: for every fact that you encounter, the person telling you that fact has an agenda.  Keep that in mind, attend Mass and go to confession as often as possible, steer clear of any purely recreational situations (especially coed), and you'll do fine.  Good luck!
