I've set the Time Zone in my Control Panel to GMT.

However it is still displayed here as 3 hours earlier! The clock on this forum reckons it is 5.52pm GMT as I write.

Well, it's 8.52pm GMT!

It seems to be 3 hours off -- maybe I could fix that.

I had to set mine to 3 hours ahead of my actual time zone.

Maybe the server is set up improperly?

OK -- I fixed it!

I've been meaning to do that.

Next will be the Smilies -- I will be finding more, and replacing some of them. Any suggestions as to which ones need to go (and which ones I'm missing?)

The time zones have gone funny again!

It's 4.16pm here (GMT +1 hour), and I've set my control panel accordingly, but it shows it as 7.16!

Probably has to do with the new server -- the new server is probably set to a different time zone. I'll have to look into it...

It shows my time as correct now -- I bumped the setting for "Server time zone" from Pacific time to Central time -- an increase of 2 hours.

Thanks, Matthew. It's closer! But it now says 5.25, whereas it's 4.25 in the UK.

I've set my control panel back to GMT, and it looks right, though our clocks went forward an hour a couple of months back, so GMT +1 should be right, I think.
