I am a "newbie" on this forum. I joined at the beginning of April. Most of my time here, I have participated as an observer. I enjoy absorbing all the different opinions and I am happy to admit that I have learned quite a bit in a short period of time.

There is one practice that I feel is very unfair. Forum members will be kind enough to respond to another member's post and will receive a thumbs down. The individual who left the negative vote doesn't even bother to rebut the original post or give a reason for his/her negative click. I don't know if this subject has been touched upon before, but I needed to vent my dissatisfaction with this practice!
