The federal judge in this case is the same one who ruled against intelligent design some years ago.

Pointless to vote.

1996 mostly democrats and the democrat president voted for protection of marriage act. Now they all turn over on it.

 This is a good example of that. The judge was a staunch Republican who ran unsuccessfully for Congress back in 1990, then was appointed head of the state's liquor control board then appointed a federal Judge by George W. Bush.  

Yet we are always told to vote GOP because of the need for republican president's to appoint conservative judges. It is a lot of hogwash.

The 14th Amendment cannot be used to justify pretend marriage, when will these judges learn? It was created to give rights to African-Americans after the previous amendment abolished slavery. It has been used to justify equal rights to race and race alone.

If you cannot correctly interpret the Constitution, you don't have a place in law.
