  • Why is this site now pink?

  • I'm guessing it's Matthew's best attempt at rose.
    Isn't Laetare Sunday tomorrow?

  • It's rose, not pink -- for Laetare Sunday. Only twice a year does the priest use rose or "pink" vestments.

The other time is Gaudete Sunday, in Advent.

Monday morning I'm switching the site to a purple theme, for Lent.
About that time, I'm going to open up the color scheme to your own choice -- you'll be able to select blue, green, pink, or purple from the Control Panel and that is the theme you will see.

Everyone will get to pick his/her favorite.

  • I'm kind of looking forward to Laetare Sunday being over, since CathInfo is pink in the meantime.

Maybe I'll put up the "customizable theme" feature a bit early, so everyone can choose the color they want.

That sounds like an awesome feature.  I also see you removed the hook 'em horns and turban icons. Thanks for that, Matthew. Those were icons that people rarely used.
Please ignore ALL of my posts. I was naive during my time posting on this forum and didn’t know any better. I retract and deeply regret any and all uncharitable or erroneous statements I ever made here.
