  • Among Malachy Martin's books there is one titled, "The Final Conclave".
I do not accept the legitimacy of Rome but this book would be an interesting read in the current climate.
    You will find it: http://www.essan.org/Jesus/eBooks/eBooks.html

  • Thanks for the link.  I think The Final Conclave was how I found out about Abp. Lefevbre.

I tried to download it and I get error messages saying that "it does not appear
to be a valid archive."  So WinZip cannot unzip the file.  I tried downloading it
a second time and got the same results, only a bit faster.

I went to archive.org and downloaded it but after a half hour of trying to
turn pages, I'm still on page 6 and it's too small to read.  I can see the
outside cover just fine, but I don't want to judge a book by its cover.  Okay?

Why don't you just upload a PDF here to CI?

  • I think I uploaded it. I'll find out later.
That is created with the latest version of Adobe Professional. Make sure you have a current Adobe Reader and be sure to click on the + to magnify the print.

I thought I had already posted this.  Hmm...  Well here it is again..

The problem may have been that I was trying to read it using Firefox
instead of Adobe.  I just downloaded the most recent Adobe last week, so
    I think I'm okay.

  • I remember listening to MM on C2C in the 90's.
A very controversial figure, to say the least.

Malachi Martin was one of the few people with a public voice who was willing
to quote Our Lady of La Salette saying that "Rome will lose the Faith and
become the seat of the Antichrist."

There was one forum, Angelqueen, that went so ballistic over that, the owner
Grassmayor or whatever punished members - anyone who repeated that
sentence, and anyone who defended Martin or even called him "Father" got
banned.  Oh, he also banned anyone who would not stop when warned not
to say that Malachi Martin was an exorcist.   That was unforgivable!

Strange.  And Grassmayor or whatever thought he was doing an honorable
    service for the Church.

  • I knew that the owner of Angelqueen banned those posters who supported Fr. Martin. I did not know that he banned posters for repeating the message of Our Lady of La Salette.
    R.I.P.

He came on in a huff warning that it has been PROVEN ABSOLUTELY FALSE that
Our Lady had ever said "Rome will lose the Faith and become the seat of the
Antichrist," because those words had been edited OUT of a later version of
the vision, because they had been found inauthentic.

I can't help but compare this to the Third Secret of Fatima, which the Vatican
has been so hell-bent to sequester, the most recent excuse being that it is
    not authentic.

When pressed, one cardinal (I think it was Bertone, the embarrassment of the
Salesians of Don Bosco, my alma mater) said that the Blessed Virgin is the
Help of Christians (St. John Bosco's favorite patroness), so how could she
ever say something that is so unhelpful for Christians as what this so-called
    third secret says?

So in his judgment, the words the faithful seer of Fatima (Sr. Lucia) said were
the words she had heard spoken to her could not be authentic because in his
opinion they are not helpful -- for his personal agenda?  Or what?

So he took it upon himself to demand that no one may call MM "Father" and
no one may call him an "exorcist" and no one can say that sentence from
La Salette was the words of Our Lady,  OR ELSE.

"... yea, the hour cometh, that whosoever killeth you, will think that he doth a
service to God" (Jn xvi. 2).

Ah, I believe that was the reason ages ago that I quit AQ. That was 'the last straw'.
