  • In my Trying to find answers thread, I mentioned Father James Kosek denounced his Bishop, Jose Rodriguez, and Bishop Robert McKenna.
I have the name of the sedevacantist nuns that served as the liaison between Kosek and his mystery cardinal:
    http://www.catholicresearchinstitute.com/
    About this site:

"The Congregation of the Missionary Sisters of the Holy Ghost (CMSS), founded by Reverend Mother Marie de Montfort, CMSS, is an autonomous Roman Catholic religious Community of women, which staffs the Catholic Research Institute. It was founded, and its Rule was episcopally approved, in 1996. In 1997 the Congregation received Apostolic Approbation from His Excellency, Archbishop George Hamilton Pearce, SM., DD. Archbishop Pearce worked with these Sisters for the Restoration of Holy Mother Church, until his death on August 31, 2015.Since the death of Archbishop Pearce, the Sisters have been blessed to be working with one of the few living Bishops consecrated by His Holiness, Pope Pius XII Himself. Since this Bishop never attended Vatican Council II, nor adhered to, nor signed, any of the docuмents that came from that Council, nor did He, in any way, pledge allegiance to any of the so called “popes” of Vatican II namely, John XXIII, Paul VI, John Paul I, John Paul II, Benedict XVI, or Francis I, these Sisters have a pure connection, not to a group, but to the Roman Catholic Church Herself. These Sisters are not now, nor have they ever been affiliated with any of the CMRI chapels, or to the CMRI group itself. These Sisters are not an offshoot of CMRI, they are a totally separate entity, and have been since their foundation. This has allowed these Sisters to spread the Catholic Faith throughout many countries such as, Afghanistan, Italy, France, Ireland, Japan and our beloved homeland, the United States of America. The primary spirit of these Sisters is based on devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary under the pattern as taught by St. Louis Marie De Montfort. His Prayer for Missionaries expresses the spirit that fills the hearts of the women who are members of this Congregation. Their goal is to pray and work for the Restoration of our Holy Catholic Faith through their main apostolate, the Catholic Research Institute."The following copied exactly from their website.

  • There's only one bishop left consecrated during the TIME of Pope Pius XII, and he's 104 years old.
    http://www.catholic-hierarchy.org/bishop/bpinc.html

He was not, however, consecrated by Pius XII himself.

+Pearce sounds like another mythical bishop like +Pintonello.  +Pintonello refused to sign any of the V2 docuмents.  We have no indication that +Pearce rejected Vatican II or whether he was just missing for whatever reason (didn't feel like going to Rome?).  Nobody ever heard of +Pearce working for the restoration of the Church, or whether he gave any formal approval to this group, or just wrote a polite e-mail back saying "sounds nice."  It's easy to claim that +Pearce approved them since he died 5 years ago.

See, he's a "PURE" bishop because he didn't sign Vatican II (vs. +Lefebvre, etc.).  And, unlike these others who have no connection with the pre-Vatican II jurisdiction, see this man was consecrated by Pius XII.

PS ... there's no living bishop I could find that was consecrated by Pius XII.

  • This has to be a scam on the part of the “bishop”. There is no way the bishop was consecrated by Pius XII and is still alive.

Here are the people Pius Xii consecrated.

  • I don’t think this is the bishop they are talking about. There is another alleged bishop who is alive right now.

Well, this link claims that there's a living bishop consecrated by Pius XII (not Pearce).

There's no bishop alive that anyone could find who was consecrated by Pope Piux XII (Bishop Pacelli).  Even if there was some bishop who was consecrated in 1958 at the age of 30, he'd be 92.  After being elected to the papacy, I absolutely doubt that Pope Pius XII would have been anything other than the PRINCIPAL consecrator, and catholic-hierarchy does not list him as the principal consecrator of anyone still alive.

  • I think they are making up the rules as they go along. Kosek fully expects to be consecrated a bishop. Furthermore, he will have Joseph Cooper ordained a priest. Joseph Cooper, at age 59, is a perpetual seminarian. He was at C.M.R.I. , then to Mexico with Jose Rodriguez.
He serves Mass with Kosek in Illinois.

Here's a link to the Catholic hierarchy site listing the bishops consecrated by bishop Pacelli / Pius XII as principle consecrator.

  • What I don’t understand is if you support Francis the 1st why is this Cardinal of any concern to you? If you are upset about this why can’t you just walk away and find a new priest?

  • Unlike many others, I have met the Italian Bishop in question. I have seen his papers and they are legit with was seal 1958. I have met Reverend Mother Marie De Montfort and she is an honest woman. I have questioned some of the things that the Catholic Research Institute has published and then later found out that it is accurate. As to Father James Kosik he tends to pick and choose what his Bishops say. So prayers for you and your parish.

  • I did meet Archbishop Pearce He did admit to attending the council so the Reverend Mother was wrong on this fact. As to Father Kosik there is no way he could be made a Bishop he doesn't have the learning to be a Bishop. His theology is way off on MANY ISSUES. So I choose to pray for all of you. Quick mention I think like myself many people say the Italian Bishop was made by Pope Pius XII. It is the Pope that has the final say as to yes or no about a Bishop and if you were made a Bishop during the time of Pope Pius XII then you are a Pius XII Bishop just saying.foor for thought

  • ICR was most recently working with Bp. Dominik Kalata, who was consecrated clandestinely in Eastern Europe during communist persecution. He died last year, though. Such bishops do exist, although there are very few (and soon there will be none, I suspect). But groups like ICR, as well as people like Abbe Belmont (with whom Kalata also worked), have a knack for finding them.
"Be kind; do not seek the malicious satisfaction of having discovered an additional enemy to the Church... And, above all, be scrupulously truthful. To all, friends and foes alike, give that serious attention which does not misrepresent any opinion, does not distort any statement, does not mutilate any quotation. We need not fear to serve the cause of Christ less efficiently by putting on His spirit". (Vermeersch, 1913).

  • This a picture of the Italian Bishop at the death bed of Pope Pius XII notice he is not dressed as a Priest. Also, you can ask Father Kevin Vaillancourt about this Bishop as they have spoken often.

  • Consecrated in 1958?  That means he is 98 years old...at the LEAST!
