But a big one to watch out for: deodorant with aluminum (which is all of them!) Aluminum is absorbed by the body, but it can't easily be purged. If you want to drastically reduce your risk of breast cancer, stop using commercial underarm deodorant.
If you want something just as effective, use baking soda. Yes, baking soda. You could work on a construction site all day in 95 degree heat, but if you have baking soda handy you won't stink. What do you think they put in various products to help control odor? Baking soda. It's cheap and natural.
Baking soda is a very powerful deodorant. 35 cents for a decent sized box!

Another good one (I dont know how good in comparison though) is clay. I was working in some clay about a year ago and got covered in it. Despite all the sweating I did hauling it I didnt stink at all a day after the job. What it does is absorb the odor causing toxins out of your skin. It's one of the reasons farmers during the Middle Ages didnt stink because they were always immersed in the soil.
The cancer awareness crap just pisses me off. Why does cancer need it's own month devoted to "awareness"? Im pretty sure EVERYBODY is aware of it since it's monotonously mentioned by the media every day of the year! And it's stupid telling people to go get treatments with radiation like chemo-therapy.... CANCER IS OFTEN CAUSED BY RADIATION! Can you imagine treating victims of a nuclear explosion with chemo-therapy???
ALSO... what makes me sick is the fad of guys wearing pink all for the sake of "awareness". Unless your a member of Japanese royalty, PINK IS THE COLOR OF PIMPS IN THIS CULTURE!
