A New Jersey jury today found former Rutgers student Dharun Ravi guilty of the most serious charges for spying on his roommate, Tyler Clementi, having a gαy sɛҳuąƖ encounter in 2010.

Ravi was convicted of invasion of privacy, bias intimidation, witness tampering, and hindering arrest, stemming from his role in activating a webcam to peek at Clementi's date with a man on Sept. 19, 2010. Ravi was also accused of encouraging others to spy during a second date, on Sept. 21, 2010, and intimidating Clementi for being gαy.

Ravi, who faces 10 years in prison and deportation to India, was was found not guilty of some of the 15 counts of bias intimidation, attempted invasion of privacy, and attempted bias intimidation, but was found guilty of the majority of crimes.

Ravi's attorney, Steven Altman, put his arm around Ravi's shoulder shortly before the verdict. Ravi showed little reaction as the jury read out the verdicts to his crimes.

Clementi's case gained national attention when he committed ѕυιcιdє by jumping off the George Washington Bridge Sept. 22, 2010. Ravi is not charged in connection with Clementi's death.

Throughout the trial, Middlesex County Prosecutor Julie McClure tried to build a case that Ravi spied on Clementi's date because his roommate was gαy, and told his friends and Twitter followers to also spy on Clementi, describing his actions as an anti-gαy hate crime.

She argued that Clementi was clearly made uncomfortable by Ravi's actions, evidenced in Clementi's request for a room change that he submitted to Rutgers on Sept. 21.

"Three weeks into the semester and (Clementi) finds out that his sɛҳuąƖ orientation has been broadcast to the defendant's twitter followers," McClure said. "His private sɛҳuąƖ activities have been exposed. What do you think he's thinking? 'If Molly saw it, did Cassie see it? Did people in the hall see it? Did people in Davidson C see it?' You don't think that he was intimidated by learning that information? Fearful, embarrassed? He'd been exposed."

I don't understand, he was caught spying on his roommate having queer sex with his "gαy" lovers.

Where's the "hate"? Maybe he's a closet queer himself and enjoyed watching his roomie and pals going at it. But I don't see the where the "hate" is here.

    I don't even see an "anti-gαy" agenda.

    Somebody help me out here..

  • The way I see it- its all part of the recent "Bullying" agitprop being put out by the ɧoɱosɛҳųαƖs and those in power who support them.

Tyler Clementi was "bullied" into commiting ѕυιcιdє because he was gαy. And "bullying" has to stop.

This young man, accused of a hate crime, is being made an example of. Mess with sodomites, and you will be punished. Simple.

  • If you haven't heard about it, there is a new movie docuмentary being put out that's being promoted by all the sodomites, the Jєωs, the media, news, government, everyone. The name? You guessed it, Bullied. All of the news about it is how its recieved an "R" rating; they want it lowered, so more kids can see it:

“Bully” Gains Support From Johnny Depp, Meryl Streep, Among Others

In R-rated world, 'Bully' deserves to be heard

Lesbian teenager campaigning for movie Bully to be honored

Look at this promotion, on the front page of a US gov sponsered website:

    Quote
    "
    Bullying & LGBT Youth"
    http://www.stopbullying.gov/

    Another government website:
     tolerance.org website:
    Quote
“Bullied is a docuмentary film that chronicles one student’s ordeal at the hands of anti-gαy bullies and offers an inspiring message of hope to those fighting harassment today. It can become a cornerstone of anti-bullying efforts in middle and high schools.”

  • Whether people want to accept this or not, this is the next wave of persecution aimed at Christians. The is simply the next step of the Judaics/Freemasonic destruction of the Christian's world. Its simply the next step of Modernism, which the people of the west have been only to ready to embrace. We've had: Infiltration of The Church, sɛҳuąƖ Revolution, Feminism, Divorce, etc. .... now we have the ɧoɱosɛҳųαƖ agenda- 'SameSex Marriage', 'LGBT' equal opportunities.

The latest 'trick' of this movement, is using the term 'bullying' to confront directly, all who would speak out against this sɛҳuąƖ perversion. Now, when you teach your children about the perversion of sodomy, and they share this with their little schoolmates (if you're silly enough to still send them to public school), and a male kid who feels like dressing like a girl, of course with parents supportive of his need to 'express himself', is offended, your Catholic child will be reprimanded, branded, and punished.

    Welcome to the future.

  • "Bullied" is just another code word for the Jєωs and communists/leftists use to slander those who disagree with them or to get what they want, it has no real meaning in context to what they're talking about whatsoever.

It's like the other code words they use like "tolerance" or "equality", just a smokescreen to what's behind their real agenda. It's really control of the use of language which is what their masters of. Like the term "racism" which is one of the most convenient slurs of the left, without it and others like that they invented, we'd have to use things like logic, evidence and reason to solve our intellectual problems.

    Heaven forbid.

  • Very ominous.  I'm sure there is something illegal there in terms of an invasion of privacy, but making this a "hate crime" takes a step into frightening territory.  Who is to say what constitutes or defines one of these hate crimes?  It is unbridled license to throw anyone in prison for whatever arbitrary standards are set by the usual suspects ( Masons, Jєωs ).

Have they done this before?  We have heard a lot of talk about hate crimes but has anyone been put in prison for it?  I think they are testing the waters here.  Since the guy is Indian most people will let it go; but this is the sort of thing that could inspire revolt.

Throw too many people in prison without a good reason and people will lose faith in their ability to live their lives here, this is now communist Russia where they can drag you out of your bed and throw you in prison.  Already people's earnings are under constant threat of being annihilated by the machinations of the banks, this country is totally unstable, when what kept it going before was the illusion of continual growth.  We are going to see riots and revolutions aplenty; and that is part of the program too.
Readers: Please IGNORE all my postings here. I was a recent convert and fell into errors, even heresy for which hopefully my ignorance excuses. These include rejecting the "rhythm method," rejecting the idea of "implicit faith," and being brieflfy quasi-Jansenist. I also posted occasions of sins and links to occasions of sin, not understanding the concept much at the time, so do not follow my links.
