What is ABLF?
Archbishop Lefebvre Forums. Pretty decent small, very sedevacantist-friendly forum that later closed. Shame, because it was a great place.

Yes, the sedevacantist forum (not exaggerating here: 2 out of the 3 mods were formal sedevacantists) ironically named after "Archbishop Lefebvre". Regardless of how good the forum was or wasn't, they really should have chosen a better name. Something about sedevacantism, empty chair, Robert Bellarmine. Because the last time I checked, +ABL wasn't a sedevacantist. And no, I'm not Sean Johnson, so I'm not claiming he was a dogmatic sedeplenist. And Sedes can argue about what +ABL might have done if he had lived to be 100. But the historical fact remains that +ABL was never a sedevacantist.

So it's still very shady to try to co-opt +ABL as a hero for a bunch of sedevacantists!

And +ABL certainly didn't have a problem with Bishop Williamson.

+ABL left the Pope question somewhat open. He at least PERSONALLY considered the possibility that someday he might have to say the Chair is empty. He was also firmly against Conciliar Rome, Modernist Rome, etc. so that would eliminate any forums with a neo-SSPX, Indult, or Accordista stance.

Sounds to me like the REAL "Archbishop Lefebvre" forum is right here: CathInfo.

It is my serious and biased belief that if +ABL were alive today, his favorite English language forum would be CathInfo. (I do have some evidence to go on: his best and most faithful successor, +Williamson, gets along with me just fine and has given his blessing to CathInfo multiple times)
