    Wow, it really is SSPX.

    Neotrads are brazen frauds.

  • Yuck! I'd rather take the side of Papa Pio Nono. Two big NOs to liberalism I say!

  • I did not identify any associations with the SSPX on their website?

Are they just friends with the SSPX ?

In 1993, the District Superior of the Society of St Pius X in Australia, Rev. Fr. François Laisney, purchased 16 acres of land in Tynong for the development of a Traditional Catholic School. Originally the intention was to have a primary school. A school in rural Victoria was in fact a central location to the majority of families who attended the Hampton Church, Melbourne, and had school age children. The land was quickly paid off and the dream of a school was not too far in the distant future. March 7th, 1996 saw the acquisition of ex-Government school buildings and these were moved from Greythorn to Tynong. Eight classrooms, a library and an administration block were moved and some of these remain on an adjacent paddock to the school in skeleton form.

  • This is sad. How much more liberal will the Neo-SSPX become?
Please ignore ALL of my posts. I was naive during my time posting on this forum and didn’t know any better. I retract and deeply regret any and all uncharitable or erroneous statements I ever made here.

  • I believe that SSPX schools in Australia accept governement  funding.

  • Since the Catholic Faith is the one true religion, I'm going to assume that they are supporting the freedom to practice the one true religion.  Ok, actually this is sad.  Can't believe what I'm seeing.  How is this SSPX?

  • The reason this is done is that the law requires it if the school is to receive funding. Guess some people think it would be better to send young Catholics to public schools.

The doctrine of religious liberty must be rejected in principle. There are no conditions which justify it's protection and defense.

These are all man made laws.  So they are teaching that man made law is above the Social Reign of Christ the King...
