From page one of this thread:
http://themattwalshblog.com/2014/04/05/hey-gαy-rights-fascists-in-spite-of-your-mozilla-victory-you-will-still-lose/
"Well-deserved" doesn't matter. "Blowback" doesn't matter. Macho screams that "you will lose in the end" from guys who think that a weak argument gets magically transformed into a strong one when you make each sentence you write into its own paragraph may make a few readers feel good as they high-five each other—but they don't matter either. The sad but plain truth is that all this nonsensical "you lose" stuff won't turn even a single head in the ongoing Tribal victory parade through the New Universal Nation that was still recognizably the USA when I was drafted and shipped off to Vietnam to fight for Lord-knows-what in 1967.
Look at a few facts. What is this Walsh guy actually saying, aside from "my wife and I won't like you gαy activists any more"? Forget about a plan of action, does he have a diagnosis? Answer: Not even a clue—at least no clue he's willing to confide to his readers.
He did something similar in his pseudo-hip review of Noah, where he promotes the movie while giving the appearance of rapping it. He talks about the movie's makers being "atheists"; yet he adroitly manages to overlook (conceal, maybe?) the fact that everyone involved with making the flick is a rich, prominent, rabidly Christophobic Jєω. Oy, the irrelevance, the irrelevance!
Here's another fact. Brendan Eich, the Mozilla guy, is not Jєωιѕн. How many rich, important guys are there left in American business who aren't part of the Tribe? Answer: several fewer every single day. Do you think that if by some odd chance the Proposition 8 donor turned out to be, say, Larry Ellison of Oracle, he would have been pressured out of his job, too? If your answer is yes, you've forgotten who owns all the newspapers, all the radio stations, and all the TV networks.
Matt Walsh and folks like him are flesh-and-blood versions of those little valves atop pressure cookers. They permit just enough steam to escape so that the Powerless Many (soon to be the Far More Powerless Minority) can go back to their Bud and Baseball and Final Four and Blu-ray discs of Transformers LXXVII with that warm-all-over feeling of having been good Americans. They can also look forward with bright eyes and smiles to an election in a few months, wherein a bunch of Republicans may end up replacing a bunch of Democrats. And what will their great accomplishment be? Why, they will take the hated and immoral and dysfunctionally Communist ObamaCare program and … and … change not a single damn thing about it.
Matt Walsh will cheer and cheer, I bet. And sadly, at least some of his readers will cheer about "well-deserved blowback."
I shall be dead before Matt Walsh is a lot older, but a lot of CI commenters will be living five or six or seven decades into the new Jєωιѕн-run, minority-staffed, and ethnically fragmented USA. The only blowback anyone will be able to look forward to in this transformed country will involve the kind where clubs or tasers come into contact with white Catholics heads and private parts. Think of that as your family gathers around the dear old 96-incher to cheer on the rich guys.
I ran across a conversation on another website (
newsbusters.org ) that took place 10 days ago. Apparently when the news went "viral" it was a hot topic for ONE DAY and then Mozilla reacted and demanded Brendan Eich to step down. I have to wonder what would have happened if they had taken no action at all? I doubt the media frenzy could have endured for more than a day or two, and if they had handled it right, they could have used the controversy to make their Firefox even more widely recognized, and even MORE popular. As it is, they're LOSING users, so kow-tow-ing to the Yids and the Sodomites has seemed to have BACKFIRED:

If and when the conflict begins (and I hope and pray that it doesn’t), it won’t be in the form of waves of brothers against brothers. It will probably be in the form of “Armies of One” employing methods similar to those used in Operation Phoenix during the Vietnam war. The targets will be Dem politicians and the Media.

There was a survey done in South America a year or two back where college aged kids were asked if they preferred being called Hispanic or Latino. A majority had never heard of either word and wanted to be known as a citizen of their particular country.
Apparently those are words the left assigned to them here in the US.

Everyone (native) in CR is either a "Tico" or a "Tica" (masculine/feminine). CR is a melting pot....on the Carribean side, you see many more dark skinned (Carribean/African), in the north, Indos (Mayan/Aztec) and on the Pacific, a mish mash, even many of oriental extraction.
The food there, regardless of the area, sucks. It is just very mild and non-descript. The first thing I learned is you can never go wrong w/chicken & rice there. And that is true. But it's culinary tradition isn't much to speak about.
For example, in CR, you can get a "tamale" (which is a delight in Mexico, Tex Mex, and other cuisines)....but in CR it's merely a masa (corn) dumpling...and maybe has some underseasoned something or other in it. *sigh*. Fresh fruit is the best choice there. And hearts of palm & avacado salad.

In a grocery store near where I live, the sign in the grocery aisle that had the Mexican food said 'Hispanic Foods' which I thought was ridiculous seeing how Mexican food/ingredients are distinctly Mexican and not found at all in any other Latin American countries. Ask for a tortilla in South America and you might get something resembling an omelette.

First, what the Sam Hill is "OKCupid" and why do they have so much influence? Second, I don't have to state for anybody here that we are living in scary times. We are living in an America where if you said or did something, five, ten twenty or forty years ago, the current conventional thinking will condemn and crucify you without so much as even a hearing.
This isn't the America I grew up in. I don't know what happened but somewhere along the way something turned very sour. Did we do it? As conservatives we've voted for candidates who mostly reflected our world view. It appears they didn't really reflect that worldview. I know this case has nothing to do with voting, but it trickles down.
How did these people like OKCupid get their mind set? Somewhere, somehow along the line, somebody has let America down. I don't know who it was, but somebody did. The country that elected an incompetent community organizer president, twice, because of the color of his skin and not the content of his character is capable of anything. I've always said infringement leading to loss of our rights wont come from government, but from private groups like OKCupid and the ACLU, using Bill Clinton's tried and proven technique, the politics of personal destruction. And
there is no appeal from this court of emotions.18

And now...it's their militant angry Gestapo to deny a citizen free speech, freedom of association, confidence in the voting process and our right to privacy in our homes and business. And safety in a career or jobs that we'll be able to keep them is being lost while we look on.

That would be---Eich himself, as he was one of the co-founders. The actual impetus for the resignation was a threatened mass resignation of employees on the technical side---without whom Mozilla could not function. Many of the employees did not want to work for Eich, and it became a case of he goes or they go.

"A CHILL WIND BLOWS AGAINST FREE SPEECH IN AMERICA TODAY". The object of course was to paint a picture of republican/conservative repression and fascism.

If they counter, "But all the churches make that claim!
