This is the distorted sound of one of those Protestant revival charismatic gatherings where the congregation do the "holy laughter" and "rolling on the ground screaming" nonsense. If you notice, you can hear a main figure talking (distorted though). It is the preacher inciting his congregation to outbursts of screaming and laughter in the belief that this is the holy spirit working. Rather, it is Satan working - and that is why I said it is truly the sound of hell.
