    • We had another huge thunderstorm and downpour -- it rains just about every day these days. We might get lucky and get as much as 4 days without rain, but then we get another week of rain.

    Apparently my Internet was taken out by a lightning bolt or something. They had to repair the tower that my house connects to.

    In Texas, rain is "feast or famine". Once the drought season starts, we'll go as much as 3 or 4 months without so much as a drip of rain!
