I always thought broadband Internet was a legit utility, like phone, cable TV, DSL, cable Internet, etc.
But in my area, at least, it seems that the most common way of advertising High Speed Internet service is small, unprofessional signs planted (illegally) in various intersections, in neighborhoods, stapled to phone poles, etc.
What gives?
Who buys their Internet (something you give a credit card number for, and pay upwards of $50 every single month!) out of the back of a truck? That's crazy!
If they can't advertise like a legit business, I steer clear!
