Legal action can, in fact, be taken here. The adult female wearing all white can be arrested for inappropriate sɛҳuąƖ contact with a minor. If you notice in the video, she goes up to one of the boys and gyrates her buttocks on the boys front side in sɛҳuąƖ simulation. I've heard of teachers getting arrested for innocently hugging their students, so this woman can definitely get arrested for this. And the teacher who organized this whole orgy dance should get arrested too.
