Senate Judiciary Cmte OKs Sonia Sotomayor for Supreme Court

Washington, DC -- The Senate Judiciary Committee today approved the nomination of Sonia Sotomayor for the Supreme Court position vacated by retiring pro-abortion Justice David Souter. The vote largely split along party lines with only pro-life Sen. Lindsey Graham of South Carolina joining Democrats backing her.
