    • Is it homeless or would low income living in the hood fall under the umbrella for a poor person in the situation of oppressing them?

    • That would be someone who had to rely on the charity of others for survival. People who stood in need of the 7 corporal works of mercy referenced by Jesus at the Last Judgement.
