How will you maintain the certain federal reforms if you abolish all federal courts? Honest question.

You should add making English the official language of the country, then you'd have my vote.

I am not “reforming” the federal, but abolishing the entire concept of “federal.”

America will take its pre-war between the states form:

A confederacy based on states rights (sans slavery).”

I'm all for getting rid of federal courts, though I think the Constitution allows a few (i.e. Supreme Court).  Either way, the President isn't a monarch so you can't get rid of federal courts without Congress voting for it.  ...A major roadblock to much of the effort to correct our country's problems.

I have a little secret for you:

I will be abolishing the Constitution.

Bishop Fellay and the GREC have taught me the method: We must first prepare the terrain by refusing any mention of it.

Meanwhile, monarchical and theocratic measures will gradually be introduced (while my administration denies their very existence).

Eventually, the very concept of constitutional democracy will vanish from the common consciousness, and we will once again have Christendom.

Forgot to mention earlier that part of my platform will also include the following:

1) Revocation of the emergency powers clause by which the president side-steps congress;

2) Return of the power to declare of war to congress

PS: In reality, I will be a philosopher-king, and will establish a nobility to be my administrators, but that can't be revealed just yet.  

The terrain must be prepared for 30-40 years.

So for now, I will use the terms "president" and "congress," but you know where I am really heading.
