  • I think it should be restricted, just like it used to be.  A person would have to go to extraordinary lengths to involve themselves with such filth, and would be very aware that they should be very ashamed of themselves for their actions.  I don't wish to click on the link to the article because I think the title is gross and I'm not sure what the overall tone is going to be.

  • The article itself is pretty tame and legalistic, despite the title. The comments after the article, however, are what you would expect; that is to say, not entirely wholesome.

  • Good idea.  It would save a lot of time and wasted human energy.  The world economy needs a productivity boost right now.

  • Personally, I think he's crazy.

Needless to say it should be done away with and it would not be tolerated in a Catholic society, but what's he going to do, prosecute and incarcerate 90% of the population?

If that were law, it would have to be enforced selectively.

To me it sounds more like an excuse for them to arrest citizens who are critical of the government but haven't committed any crimes.

BTW, even if you never viewed porn, they could easily upload it to your computer with a virus and then claim that you did.

  • No just take down any server with porn on based in the US and hack and break anything overseas  Make it more difficult to find.  Exclude anyone who owned server with porn from US travel.

When porn was top shelf a lot of people avoided it or partook occasionally.  Now it is a click away.

Even the porn industry has lost control of it because they can no longer make money from the large amounts of content out there.

Anyway santorum won't be elected so it is a moot point.
