I am preparing to make a rather hefty order (a handful of books, over a hundred dollars in total --I'm going to send the money the next chance I get, which I am hoping will be Thursday or Friday) -- would you include a receipt with the box? (I'd rather not get a receipt)

The box might contain a "packing list" of the contents, but there shouldn't be any dollar amount.
