    • I've seen these dash cam videos of the pedestrian and other cars trying to purposely get hit or cause an accident. Some type of fraud or scam that's quite popular in Russia.

    These idiots will literally run up to the cars and throw themselves on the hood. And the driver will get out and point at their dash cam. Oh the look on their faces  :laugh1:

    These cameras are insanely cheap too. They're the size of a radar detector and run between $25-50 for an average kind. It records onto cheap SD cards. I've been meaning to get one for fun one of these days.

    without so much as looking over their shoulder for cars
    coming from behind them.  I get the impression they're from

    street.  It was a very common message and part of our
    culture.  Taking Driver's Training, it was a requirement to get
    a passing grade for the students to know that looking "left,
    right, left" was the correct answer.  Basically, you couldn't
    get a driver's license without knowing that answer, as I recall.
