  • Hello and wondering if this forum is for Roman Catholic Converts too?    I just want to be the best Roman Catholic possible.  The year 2009 I became a full Convert at 71 years old.  I love my church so much and attend very regularly only missing a few Sundays a year. I come from a family of all Catholics both sides but was not raised Catholic due to family situations.  I found my way home to the church in 2009.    Sandy B of the Washington DC Metro Area.

  • This site is for all traditional Catholics, including those brought up in the faith and also converts. I consider myself a convert also because I was brought up in the Novus Ordo and not traditional Catholicism.
    R.I.P.
Please pray for the repose of my soul.

Has it been cold enough for ya lately?  I think it's going to snow again maybe tomorrow.  Stay warm and don't be shy about asking for prayers around here, OK?

  • Absolutely yes.  This is a traditional Catholic forum.  Most traditional Catholics are, in fact, "converts".  While many are blessed to have been raised in the traditional faith, most were raised in the Novus Ordo and, like myself, can really see themselves, in a way, as converts.

The question is, are you a convert to the traditional faith or the Novus Ordo faith.  They are not the same thing.
