Maybe Francophone posters and those who are German speaking can elaborate on whether so-called "far right" political parties are suggesting something along these lines, but here's a suggestion I was thinking of, in light of the murder and sacrilege in France:
The problem with so-called "French" Muslims is one of identity and a failed, far-left attempt at social engineering. The leftists maintain that European societies can be transformed into multicultural, multi-racial nation states with a common, leftist social pact, choosing to voluntarily severe ties with ancient, tribal identities and cultures. The reality for "European" Muslims is that their assimilation is impossible because of the very heritage Europeans claim to forfeit. While "European" Muslims are acutely aware they are not French/European, they have been indoctrinated to believe they must be, and they cannot reconcile the attempt at social engineering with their lived experiences.
So, why can't European nations with large Muslim populations offer them a lump sum, say $50,000-100,000, to renounce their European citizenship and voluntarily repatriate themselves back to their countries of origin?
For those averse to paying them, consider the reality:
-- Having lived in France, I can assure you that North-Africans and other immigrants receive a truly staggering percentage of the welfare benefits European states dish out: from unemployment, paid maternity leave, disability, paid healthcare, paid funerals -- they receive unbelievable and disproportionate amounts from the European states, WAY more than American Blacks, in this country. They are also a disproportionately large number of the incarcerated. If we consider that European governments are actually paying way, way WAY more than $100,000 per immigrant over the course of their lifetimes, the Europeans would actually be saving money.
--- Once the immigrants would have renounced their citizenship, European governments could make it so that they've agreed to never step foot again on European soil (they would be forfeiting European passports, after all): no visas, no visits, no tourism. All assets would also have to go, or be seized, so they'd be forced to completely sever ties with Europe.
--- The immigrants would take the money, believe me. It's more money than they would ever be able to save in their lifetimes. Also, because so many have ties with their countries of origin, they know how cheaply they might be able to live in Tunisia, or the Ivory Coast, etc. They are not assimilated and do not see themselves as truly French, so the prospect of living without economic hardship in their ethnic cultures would greatly appeal to them.
-- For the countries of origin, the prospect of a returned diaspora flush with cash to boost the local economies would be appealing -- they would accept terms for their return.
-- Of course, they would run out of money in a matter of years (the incredible irony of giving the poor money is that they will inevitably mismanage it). But the terms of the agreement would stand, and they would become some other country's problem.
-- The offer for repatriation could be extend to second and third generation immigrants, as well, with the same terms of complete severance of ties to Europe. This would get rid of subsequent generational problems.

There's no other way to make repatriation possible without an incentive. Europeans could effectively empty their suburban slums and rid themselves of jihadists. New migrants would have no ethnic enclaves to hide out in and would be discouraged from attempts at immigration to Europe.
