I'm not certain they seek wealth. The assumption is that Muslims are fleeing war-torn countries for a better life but recent actions show they're in Europe for jihad.

This is absolutely correct. Europe has lost the Faith. This is not the first time that God has allowed the Muslims to chastise the Catholics, this may prove to be the worst case in history yet.
