 Furthermore, he does NOT have credentials to back his word up, although, as you said, we could guess that he's all that well read and intelligent, etc.  But then, he could have guessed the same thing about us before flying off and calling us ignorant and incompetent.  If you must be dismayed and upset about our behavior, then at least hold Michael and Gilbert to the same standard.

Calling someone out because of bad behavior is very different than just flat out insulting someone about grammar. If you kept going on about him being judgemental or pushy or what have you, then fine, but grammar???

My "credentials" have nothing to do with anything. What are your credentials or any else's? At least I tell the world my name and I'm not afraid of saying something.

It's not a double standard to call someone out using a thread to say "Look at Me!!!" while someone else calls you insane. Insanity is objective: it's your mind in reality.

The question is your double standard (since Happywife and myself aren't the same person) of talking about credentials while staying anonymous and having no credentials. Double-standards only apply to the person who proposed 2 contradictory statements, as you so lovingly do. No one else contradicted themselves here, only yourself. That is a double-standard.

 Again, the nature of these insults is completely different. There are things people have control over, those should not be used as fodder for fights. There are things which if accurate should not be used at fodder, such as bad grammar. Grammar has nothing to do with logic. The way a message is conveyed is irrelevant when compared with the importance of logical thought. Bad logic or bad behavior in general is worthy of argument. That is exactly what these forums are for, fighting bad logic.
  You started an entire thread defending yourself when you weren't even personally attacked. You have no comprehension of the situation and keep comparing apples to oranges. You are asking people for "credentials" before they are allowed to talk and not offering any yourself. I think it is fair to say you are acting a little crazy.
