  • (2013-10-27) Spiritual Contraception
In this one, the preacher quotes and attempts to refute what sounds like Michael Davies's "time-bomb" account of the post-Vatican II crisis. The preacher then argues that it was not only God's permissive will that Vatican II, with all its ambiguity and horrible aftermath, has occurred; but that God positively willed it. He says this is akin to how God is not the cause of sin but is the cause of the just punishment of sin. He even discusses infallibility and how bishops are only infallible when they pronounce what has always been taught and at all times. Thus, since the novelties of Vatican II have not been taught by the papacy or episcopate at all times, they are not infallible.

(2013-11-01) It Is Really Not So Hard to Become a Saint
This sermon covers issues surrounding Bl. John Paul II's (possible) upcoming canonization. He says that it doesn't matter he kissed a Koran, did Assisi, etc.; as long as he was finally penitent and the Church canonizes him, then he is in heaven. He compares this to other cases of death-bed conversions, like those on death-row who, even if their crimes were public, could not do public penance for them before death.
