    Is there a setting or something I need to set my web browser (firefox) to in order to stop  [/quote] and etc from randomly showing up in place of bold text or other formatting?

    Normally I don't have any issues since it seems to only happen occasionally without rhyme or reason  - and I see the same thing happens to other posters on rare occasion.

    Just wondering why it happens and if I need to do something on my end so it doesn't happen any more.
