  • All of Psalms 44 (Douay Rheims) seems to prefigure and prophesy the Blessed Virgin Mary and her spiritual children whom she gathers to enter her Divine Son's Church, and verse 18 seems to be the most vivid prefigurement of Luke 1:48.

They shall remember thy name throughout all generations. Therefore shall people praise thee for ever; yea, for ever and ever. ~ Psalms 44:18

Because he hath regarded the humility of his handmaid; for behold from henceforth all generations shall call me blessed. ~ Luke 1:48
