Francis Miller was not pushed out of Pensacola, but asked to leave, after several members observed first hand his many inconsistencies:
FACT: Francis Miller was in fact expelled as a Franciscan, yet still masquerades as a Franciscan.(indicated in the letter below)
FACT: Francis Miller was seen first hand by several members, handing out Communion to NON Catholics.
FACT: Francis Miller was seen genuflecting to a Novus Ordo tabernacle at a Monastery.
FACT: Francis Miller was seen joining in prayer with modernist priests at a grave sight.
FACT: Francis Miller culminated, slandered, and denied the validity of Fr. Kosek's Ordination. ( Fr Kosek is in fact a valid priest )
FACT: Francis Miller has been under 7 (if not more) Bishops to date.
Why so many Bishops you ask? Let’s refer to a letter from Bishop Giles:

Dear xxxxxx,
Please forgive me for I must strive to be kind and truthful. I will try and answer your questions as briefly as possible in truth and charity. Father Miller was expelled from our community. He had subsequently entered a community of Benedictines and having left them, he now presents himself as a kind of independent Franciscan. We do not consider him a true Franciscan. He is outside of community life and he submits holy obedience to no one.
Father Miller is not under my jurisdiction because he will not submit and remain loyal to any vows of obedience that he has made. He will present himself as obedient to various authority for a short time, but I believe he has aspirations to higher offices and when these are not obtainable, he moves on to another person that may raise him higher.
He acts independently as a priest and as a religious even though this is an obvious contradiction. No priest can act independently of a bishop, nor can a religious act independently of a superior. He has obviously justified all his actions to himself, but they are irreconcilable to me as a true bishop and religious superior.
May God bless you and yours.

With all of the facts listed above about Francis Miller, (and many more)
my recommendations would be to stay away from him, and feel free to attend the mass of Fr Kosek.
In regards to Bishop Rodriguez;
My concern is that he requires his members to kiss his Bishops ring before receiving holy communion.
This is almost certainly an oversight on his part.
A Bishops ring should not take precedence over our Lord at the communion rail, nor is it in any part of the rubrics of the mass.
I have never once seen or heard of any Bishops requiring any of the faithful to kiss the ring at the communion rail, until Bishop Rodriguez.
God Bless and yours
