Sorry, I have only just seen your question and noone else has answered it so....I do not know Canon Law, but I have never in my lifetime ever heard that there is any duty on the part of the penitent to remain silent about what has been said in Confession.
Donkath thank you, you point is true. Fr Koesk had told me the seal of confession applied to the penitent too he was always saying what ever conversation we had I wasn't allowed to tell my parents, I have gotten into the rabbit hole of pizzagate because of what happened
