Does the Code of Canon Law explicitly impose any duties on the penitent regarding whether he can reveal what has been said in confession?
Sorry, I have only just seen your question and noone else has answered it so....
I do not know Canon Law, but I have never in my lifetime ever heard that there is any duty on the part of the penitent to remain silent about what has been said in Confession.

There is not something set in stone but it is one of those things many priests do not like the penitent to discuss with others.

Young girls can be frightened into saying nothing about what a priest has suggested immorally (or worse) in the Confessional.

Donkath thank you, you point is true. Fr Koesk had told me the seal of confession applied to the penitent too he was always saying what ever conversation we had I wasn't allowed to tell my parents,  I have gotten into the rabbit hole of pizzagate because of what happened
