     Old Italian Prophecy: "When the White Pope and the Black Pope shall die during the same night, then there will dawn upon the Christian nations the Great White Day."


    This could happen as Pope Francis is a Jesuit and could be the black pope that dies the same days as benedict the white pope.

    The question then becomes, how do you kill two popes at once? Surely it wouldn't be natural...

    • Let's try to sort this out.

    Only one death would be happening: One guy, both titles. Problem is that the "black pope" refers to the Jesuit Superior General, a title not held by Francisco I.
