  • Is there any reason that it shows I am the starter of EVERY topic in EVERY subforum (with the exception of the anonymous subforum)? That's really weird.
Please ignore ALL of my posts. I was naive during my time posting on this forum and didn’t know any better. I retract and deeply regret any and all uncharitable or erroneous statements I ever made here.

  • I fixed it -- sorry about that.

I found a glitch that exposed the identity of any Poll started by a member anonymously in the Anonymous sub-forum.

    I fixed that glitch too.

  • I had that too. Then I clicked on the "These members have been banned" topic, which was in italics for some reason, and I got a message saying that that topic was unpublished and I don't have permission to read it. And after that everything got back to normal.

    Hi Clare!

I'm glad to know we have "Blonde" technical support from IA.

When starting a new topic, how do change the topic category, such as "SSPX-Rome Agreement" or "General discussion" ?

    Hello Incredulous!

I don't think my clicking that topic had anything to do with things getting back to normal for me, just that I did that at the same time Matthew fixed the problem.

    Clare,

As usual, I was trying to tease you.

    My bad... I am sorry.

If you merely select the subforum index for the one where you want to make a new
thread, when the index appears, then click on New Topic and you'll be in the right
subforum. Don't try to move to a different forum some other way. Just go to the
index page for the forum where you want to start a new thread.

Is there any reason that it shows I am the starter of EVERY topic in EVERY subforum (with the exception of the anonymous subforum)? That's really weird.

Another weird thing is that for me virtually any thread shows as last poster a certain "Belloc".

Is this some issue with the forum software?
