I had that too. Then I clicked on the "These members have been banned" topic, which was in italics for some reason, and I got a message saying that that topic was unpublished and I don't have permission to read it. And after that everything got back to normal. :dancing:

Don't try to move to a different forum some other way. Just go to the index page for the forum where you want to start a new thread.
Is there any reason that it shows I am the starter of EVERY topic in EVERY subforum (with the exception of the anonymous subforum)? That's really weird.
