We found a place that will fit our needs, we're bursting at the seams right now in a tiny home but haven't found the right place at the right price in a decently safe neighborhood. We're going to have to start stacking the kids like cordwood.

Prayers would be appreciated that our decision is wise and aligned with God's plan for our family, doesn't cause spititual or financial heartache, etc. would be greatly appreciated.

Pray to St. Joseph! My sister and her husband did the same. The realtor found someone who would swap their homes. So, an elderly couple swapped their farm house for their small home in the city. Prayers always!

I have found over many years that I have been saved from bad decisions with likely very bad consequences by praying to Our Lady that if such and so a major decision was NOT God's best will for us, that SHE prevent it. She has never failed to do so. In most cases, I am only later able to see that such a decision as to where to move or what to do for work, schools for children, etc., would have been very destructive.

I mention this as I have often seen that we are capable of willing and forcing events even if they are not God's will -- often with disastrous consequences.

So, as you are humble enough to ask for prayers of others and you have assuredly chosen a very blessed day to do so, we shall gladly do as you ask.

This is exactly the tact we've been taking: praying for barriers to be placed in front of the deal closing (and there's a lot of potential stops in a house purchase!). Strangely, so far, a couple very big hurdles that presented themselves were *removed* in short order. It's shockingly smoothe so far, but prayers continue. I've prayed for this to fail if not God's will. I know this the hard way, I have *forced* things in the past and they were always disasters (jobs, where we live right now, etc).

Not my will, but Thy will, O Lord!
