I like the analogy, tumbling out of control, accelerating by it's own force, to certain total destruction. (novus ordo cult, that is, not His Church)

Is it me, or doesn't this Lent feel particularly mournful, for all the obvious reasons?

She is nothing more than a scandalous heretic.

She is using religion to justify her political agenda of letting our borders stream open with disease-ridden immigrants, just like Wilson and FDR used religion to justify World War I and World War II, which were nothing more than senseless slaughters for the Western world.

In a better time, Peℓσѕι wouldn't even be allowed to participate inside a Catholic Church unless she repented for supporting abortion or ɧoɱosɛҳųαƖity, since she would have a large crowd of Catholics refusing to allow her to do so (nevermind the fact that before Vatican II a woman's role was very limited), if the Bishop himself didn't excommunicate her first.

How ironic also that the ideal of the "Master" washing the feet of the subordinate plays out in this. Liberal Lord Congressperson Peℓσѕι washing the feet of the party's new class of serfs.

You couldn't make this stuff up.

Peℓσѕι knows which group of people will give her party votes, which is the liberal definition of "social justice"- help people out who will gives us votes next election.

This was at an Episcopalian church, which makes this all the more fitting. It also shows you how important Peℓσѕι's "Catholicism" means to her; during the most sacred three days of the year, she spends her time in a Protestant church trying to score political points.
