Not ignoring you, but, no. Isn't he the Pope who wrote very clearly about the inability of a heretic to be the pontiff?

If some sources are true he is the Pope who said "Even if my own Father was a heretic, I would gather the wood to burn him". So I would imagine he would write that a heretic couldn't be Pope.
