Liberal Democrat Nancy Peℓσѕι has a habit of preaching Christianity, even though she's in direct contradiction with the teachings of her own Faith.

Peℓσѕι has attempted to give marching orders to American Bishops when she stated in May of this year; "The cardinals, the archbishops, the bishops that come to me... say, 'We want you to pass immigration reform,' and I said, 'I want you to speak about it from the pulpit,'"

The second in line to the Presidency (thanks to the likes of Rep Mike McIntyre (D-NC) and friends), Peℓσѕι has also publicly stated that she has a responsibility to advance a political agenda that is "in keeping with the values" of Jesus Christ, "The Word made Flesh."

Not So Infallible After All

In a report published by CNSNews.com, at a press briefing last week, when reminded of her statement in regards to Christ being The Word made Flesh, Peℓσѕι declined to say when Jesus got the right to life.

When I first heard about this I was offended by the question. It seemed to be suggesting that the Blessed Mother might contemplate abortion and Jesus' life had to be protected by Caesar. I thought the questioner was being tasteless and insulting God and the Blessed Mother just to make Nancy Peℓσѕι look bad (though I know the questioner did not intend to insult the Blessed Mother and God).

Nancy Peℓσѕι always goes to Churches. She is a representative from San Francisco. I think the priests and the Bishop like her in San Francisco. I hear sometimes that she even has priests say special masses for her on certain occasions. I don't know if she is like many Catholics these days who think it's okay to go to Church while rejecting the Church's teaching or if she just pretends to be Catholic for the show. I don't think she is a fan of the Latin Mass.
