    Shalom Father Wegner,

    As we approach our holy eight-day Jєωιѕн celebration of Chanukah, commemorating the re-dedication of the 2nd Temple, 
    our congregation wanted to write you a note of thanks, for all that you've done to bring us closer.

    Thank you for:

    1. Quashing the Post Falls media sex scandals and taking a hard-line position against the group of "haters" who revealed it.
         Teenagers experimenting with their sɛҳuąƖity is perfectly normal and should be encouraged.

    2. The genius re-branding your religious order with our Dutch marketing firm. 
        It was important for your group to break free from the authoritarian, nαzι extremists who have historically plagued your image.

    3. The ecuмenical makeover of your Phoenix church.  Definitely a progressive move. Stand firm in making your members pay-off 
        their debt. Your ecuмenical outreach to the area Hispanics is also a brilliant move.
        It will eventually displace the "haters" in your congregation. 
      
    4.  For encouraging your seminarians to avoid being judgmental, to think or be anti-semitic.  
         Independent thought, pre-judgement and hate are so divisive.

    5.  For being just you, all embracing and open to our concerns and fellowship.

    It's so strange that Jєωs who like to commemorate Chanukah most usually (along with Protestants) don't recognize the authenticity of I and II Maccabees, where the story is found.
