  • Augustine Baker, what do you think this is? Catholic Answers? You're quick to thumb down people who have anything negative to say about Benedict. If the Church was currently the way it was before Vatican II, then a person would be wrong to criticize the Pope because we'd have a Traditional Pope. But we don't have a Traditional Pope, and I find it rather sad that you think we do.
Please ignore ALL of my posts. I was naive during my time posting on this forum and didn’t know any better. I retract and deeply regret any and all uncharitable or erroneous statements I ever made here.

Sorry, I'm not interested in what mostly delusional, half-educated, non-theologians   have to say about the Holy Father.

That's your problem, you are a prideful hypocrite who is full of double standards. I noticed you were quick to rashly judge us the other day (as you just did again with this post) and question our credibility and knowledge, but anyone who even remotely questions the actions of Benedict and Vatican II is nothing but a delusional, stupid loser in your book.

We aren't theologians, but guess what? Neither are you. You've had a pretty arrogant attitude lately, you practically act like you run the place. You boss people around and tell them where they can and can't post, and what they should and shouldn't believe. It's no wonder you have no allies here (except for Augustinian who was banned, though likely having been Richard Ibranyi, I'm surprised he was tolerable of someone like you who is fond of Benedict). You claim to be Traditional, but you seem to be almost the opposite to me. If you can't understand why Trads would be critical of a man who says there is truth and salvation in all religions (that being just one of his heresies), then it is you who needs to sharpen up and do your research.

I will not discuss this with you any further since you clearly have your head stuck in the sand. I will pray, however, that God will show you the Truth.

    God Bless.

Oh.... so you're only "interested in what mostly delusional, half-educated, non-theologians   have to say about the Holy Father" that's positive, right? There you go being funny again!

I have yet to see much that demonstrates any understanding or even charity on the part of many of you now commenting and yes, that's my opinion.

    You're a presumptuous man.

You have even less insight than charity.

  • Matthew,
Perhaps you can create a seperate topic forum . Call it News from the Novus Ordo Church.
Augustine and some others here can post under this topic.

  • There is already a website where Augustine's approach is common, it's called AngelQueen, I wonder why he isn't there?
Readers: Please IGNORE all my postings here. I was a recent convert and fell into errors, even heresy for which hopefully my ignorance excuses. These include rejecting the "rhythm method," rejecting the idea of "implicit faith," and being brieflfy quasi-Jansenist. I also posted occasions of sins and links to occasions of sin, not understanding the concept much at the time, so do not follow my links.

Well it sort of makes sense that Our Lady, who is the Queen of the Angels be considered Angel-Queen. But it is a bit different for our modern tongue.

Well, Raoul, hes here and we have to put up with him......hence the reason for the new sub forum.  Its for him and others who come on here, including Stevus, who just HAVE to give us the latest on the V11 church.

  • "Angel Queen" makes it sound like she's an angel herself, like "Fairy Queen."   She is the Queen of the Angels, not "Angel Queen."

Fisheaters also sounds weird to me.  I get it, no meat on Friday, but that doesn't mean Catholics are vegetarians.  Plus you don't have to eat fish on Friday, you can eat cheese pizza or spaghetti with tomato sauce, etc.

    Just feel like nitpicking.
