  • He seemed to be obsessed and filled with rage -- like it had been building up for weeks and FINALLY he had a chance to unleash.

    And unleash he did!

54 posts IN LESS THAN ONE DAY?

He kept spewing vitriol at any and all CathInfo members, not limited to Gladius. That is anything but charitable.

I don't have time to sift through all his posts -- but if anyone out there wants to help me "clean up", please PM me a link to any posts where he used ad hominem attacks, rash judgments, or name calling. Those are the things I'm moderating. None of those things are EVER necessary for those above age 10.

  • Contradicting Gladius is fine -- giving lame excuses for the various scandals, etc. is just telling "the other side of the story".

But why the incessant ad-hominems? Can't you take a breather, beat a punching bag, take a break, or something? It makes you look irrational and emotion-driven.

And with 54 posts in one day, you clearly are very invested in this matter, to an obsessive degree -- I'm not sure what your official story is.

  •   Matthew, at first I thought it was going to be a thread about a real Pope, with whom we must disagree. Or some one who was declared a heretic by next Popes!

  • I have to say that his insanity was doing a good job in representing the cult of SGG. I think we should keep all his posts as he represents the mindset at SGG.

  • Father C and Bishop D should know enough to keep the more frothing members of the cult on a shorter leash. Pope innocense is best used for "defending the compound from the feds when they come to take Father C and Bishop D away" and not for internet defense.

     :laugh1:Too true!

His appreciation for Hitler was priceless, and should be framed on some wall.

  • Pope 'innocence' sure had a short reign, shorter than Pope John Paul 1. 56 posts on one day must be a record. Even the top
1% that are classified as genius would not do that.
I am very glad that this forum is moderated, and high standards
are enforced at the point of kicking the blogger off the forum.
There is no place in a forum like this one of personal attacks,
rash judgments, fowl, and inappropriate language.
Just recently, I left positive comments on a traditional
catholic lecture that was on you tube, and had a reply that
was full of profanity, and fowl language in every sentence.
It did no good to complained to You tube.
Congratulations to the efficient moderation of this forum. It
is a pleasure in reading the posts on different subjects in
    this forum.

  • I wish I could share in this refreshing draught of Kool-Aid but honesty compels me to say that it is gladius, as much as I like him and his hot-tempered Irish ways, who uses the most foul language.  Yet he is still here.

I will admit that I don't understand Matthew's rules.  It was worse when Matthew was pretending to be objective and perfectly just, because he came off like a communist dictator, promising liberty while he crushed all in his path.  But recently he said this was a monarchy and that he pretty much does what he wants, admitting he is subjective and makes up the laws on the fly.  For someone like me who doesn't lose any opportunity to vaunt myself as a monarchist, I'd be a hypocrite to complain.

I don't understand how I am still on the site.  The other night when I called Abp. Lefebvre a "fiend" I was thinking to myself later, "Well, that's the end of me on CathInfo."  I shouldn't have done that by the way.  I'll try to point out his contradictions in a more cold-blooded assassin-like manner from now on.
Readers: Please IGNORE all my postings here. I was a recent convert and fell into errors, even heresy for which hopefully my ignorance excuses. These include rejecting the "rhythm method," rejecting the idea of "implicit faith," and being brieflfy quasi-Jansenist. I also posted occasions of sins and links to occasions of sin, not understanding the concept much at the time, so do not follow my links.
