    • Adam, age 9.  My daughter and son in law finalized the adoption today.

    • It is indeed.  And I am very, very devoted to that role.  

    My new grandson is a very sweet child, who has had a terrible life so far.  He has been with us for a year as foster child.  He will be baptized and chrismated on Sunday.

    • Adam was baptized and chrismated today by my son, surrounded by his family by grace and adoption.  Typing that sentence just brought tears to my eyes.
