Please help me remember a "saying"

    • Can you folks help me remember a saying?  I can't remember how it goes.  

    It is something to the effect of:

    "When the rest of the people show up, they show up late and usually for the wrong reasons."

    Does this sound familiar to anyone?

    My Dad was fond of saying this one:

    "There are three kinds of people in the world:
