Soulgard,

Go to a Traditional Catholic chapel and make a holy hour.

Work on your interior prayer life and refrain from the internet.  The internet can disturb people when they are working on spiritual perfection.

 :pray: ---> Daily

 :reading: ----> Read taditional Catholic books daily (at least 20 minutes per day)

 :tv-disturbed: ---> Stop doing this (except maybe for St. Louis Cardinals games)

 :pc: ---> Take a 30 day hiatus from this activity.

 :cheers: ----> Drink beer or whiskey in small amounts every day

Soulguard, I greatly appreciate your threads that remind us to be charitable toward our brother Catholics.
I pray you are able to manage this issue, and visit occasionally at least.   However, as in all things, His Will be done.

God bless you.

Soulguard, why is it taking Matthew banning you in order for you to stop wasting time on the internet?  I say this because after Matthew told you to just take some time off & didn't ban you as you asked, then you post "I will post less, then."

It's time you grew up & practiced SELF control & not depend on others to have to control you like a child.
Forget about being a brother until you get this important virtue under your belt.  Neither do I think you should contemplate the married state for the same reason (& others).  There is the single state that God may have in store for you.  Pray that God's will be done, not yours, and work out your salvation without being so self-centered.  Also get out more in the great outdoors & have a little fun!

Furthermore, no abbot in his right mind is going to want any monk as needy as you.  They want people who can do as they are told in silence and obedience and without compliant.
