I have to agree with everyone. It looks like a beautiful place to live. It's hard, living in an American city, to picture what it would be like to walk out your door in the morning and see something like that. Beauty touches the soul, and I believe, raises it up to thoughts and longing for it's Creator. It's hard to be touched by postage-stamp sized, naked lawns, and concrete, though.
There were some breathtaking pictures like these viewable through Google Earth (Earth, not maps), but I think I had to download some kind of add-on content for it on the Google Earth site... Some photo site apparently has photos taken by people of spots all over the world. Many are quite beautiful. If your computer is very good/can handle RAM-hogging programs, it's worth a look! Some of the mountain and hill views, or forest views across Italy were just stunning.
As for Italy... the food's not bad either... :ready-to-eat:
