Both FSSP priests at the Mater Misericordiæ Mission in Phoenix have been shot and/or stabbed. One is dead and the other is in critical condition. Requiescat in pace.

Fr. Walker is a young priest who celebrated his first Mass in June 2012, and Fr. Terra is 56.

It looks like the robbers stole their car.

We don't know if he was killed because of hatred for the faith. Unlikely.

I pray for the Priests. Sad they were Traditional. So few of them.

I'm interested in what Bp. Olmsted is going to do. There is an SSPX church 7 mi. away from the FSSP church. Deo volente he'll explicitly grant at least one of them faculties to help out with Mass, especially on Sunday, at the FSSP church.
