  • I have not, but I was fortunately able to obtain an old copy of it that could have been thrown away from my university library where I used to work.

  • Of my 30 vols of Pastor, 4 or 5 say 'Discarded' or most of the rest have library pockets where no one ever took them out..A few yrs ago I purdhased a copy of Una Birch's Sec Soc & Fr Rev in which it was necessary to cut the pages: it was printed in 1911.
