    • My daughter has a pet fish that she keeps in a bowl.

    My son had a pet fish but he killed it by trying to pet it - fish aren't dogs.  ;)

    • Pet free after 30 years!  Love the independence of not having to find a "sitter" when going away.  I love all animals and have had dogs, birds, fish, reptiles, rabbits, and rescue animals over the years but being able to up and go at this time of life is wonderful.

    I'm right there with you! I have had pets (mostly dogs and cats) my whole life, but I am happily now pet free! I intend to stay that way, at least in the foreseeable future.

    • We have a deer Chihuahua, a Doxie mix, and a Siberian Shepherd, as well as a Scottish-fold cat. All are elderly. Though I will miss them dearly, I am looking forward to being pet free for the first time in decades.
